Nightmares don’t always come at night.
Sometimes they shadow our every waking breath.
I'm sixteen, ADHD and living on borrowed time; I’ve learned the biggest lies we tell, are always to ourselves.
Mine is, “This time, I’ll be ready.”
With a backpack crammed with survival gear and trained to fight for my life, I’m a lot of things, ready isn’t one of them. Can anyone ever be ready to lose everyone and everything, they know and love?
Panic chokes me. I need to hurry.
What I fear most is coming for me… again.
This action-packed YA novel is the dopamine and adrenaline rush you crave!
Hang on, for a bumpy, neuro-brilliant ride!

I've written a lot of self-help material for my ADHD THRIVE clients but storytelling is where my heart is happiest.
I have 3 self-published children's picture books and 47 more already written, living inside my computer demanding to be set free! They're a noisy bunch!
I have a YA novel ready to publish and a few others in the works, including a memoir I'm working on (it turns out I've had a wild and unusual life!)
Email me and tell me what you love to do!
I did! It was Margureite Henry's, 'Mustang, Wild Spirit of the West'.
That book about Wild Horse Annie, transformed my life! I knew in that moment that I wanted to be an author and change kids lives, the way she changed mine.
What was your favourite book as a child? Email me and let me know:
My books are available as print on demand on the major platforms like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.
You can also purchase them as e-books if you want to save the life of a tree (that's a cause that's dear to my heart).
I'm looking into audiobook format for those who prefer to listen.
If you live locally here in Powell River/qathet, you can email me at:
[email protected] and request one. Please write 'Signed Copy' in the subject line and be sure to tell me which book(s) you want signed!
If you buy a print on demand book, email me at the above address and I will send you a signed page you can slip inside your book.
Unless you want to meet for coffee (I drink only herbal tea, in case you're wondering)!
For sure! Find me on social media and let's connect! I'd love to get to know who you are and what you love!
Would you like to be one of my Reading Heroes? You'll get first look at any new books, some cool perks and you can give me feedback and an honest review at: [email protected]. In the subject line write: Make Me a Reading Hero!
Reviews are wonderful! They help get the love and empowering message that I weave into each book, into the hands and hearts of more readers.
Platforms like Goodreads, Amazon, (wherever you purchased the book), as well as personal blogs and/or your social media pages are great review spots.
If you buy my books from a physical bookstore please email me your review to: [email protected]
I'm considering a book club of sorts, but no fan club. I don't want to let this author thing go to my head! However, if you have an idea you'd like to share, please email me at:
